Hi Lusine Yes i had different therapeis after i started medititation, the most notable being the passive airflow technique after Martin Schwartz, which helped me on the way - it included also other things beside the technique. I had also conversation sessions with a logopedian and Alexander tchnique. But techniques, contrary to meditation, do not affect the whole system, that is why there are frequent relapses and set backs. Meditation might be in many cases a slow method, but it is wholistic, and from my point of view very satisfactory as I can speak like the person that I am, without doing something special. And once you start meditation you do it all of your life, because it becomes a part of the self.
