Thanks Stefan, I appreciate the response. So if I am to understand you correctly, meditation can reduce physical tension but the tension can only be reduced so far as the body is comfortable? I'm not sure if you experienced this but did you see a reduction in stuttering when you meditated in a more comfortable way? If you were sitting in a chair or someplace that wouldn't put strain on your body?
