Thank you for your response! My brother had tried a fluency program incorporating relaxation by Dr. Hasbrouck in the United States when he was approximately nine years of age. The program was very effective when used. However, my parents felt that my brother was too young to fully understand the importance of applying the techniques outside of program. Thank you for providing additional forms of relaxation!
