Abby, I don't really know whether it was my speech teacher's support or soecific techniques that she used that really helped me. That's been a long time ago and I was really too young to really have a grasp of things but because I tend to remember her being supportive more than anything else my guess is that, at least for me, it was her supportiveness that really helped me.
