Thank you for sharing your experiences. The roadblocks that people with physical challenges have had to fight through prior to ADA and still, can be truly astounding. At the end of your article, you talked about "stuttering in your head" being a current challenge which prevents you from participating in activities. Is this something that has always plagued you? Would you say that this type of heightened anticipatory stuttering is common among all stutterers or more with covert stutterers as you called yourself?
