Nayereh: I am a strong supporter of student SLP’s. The four that I had when I finally went back to therapy were beyond excellent. I was their first client and they taught me more than they realize. It was because of them I finally began to accept my stuttering, I still didn’t like it of course, but as they used to say, it is as much a part of me as anything else. I’m sure that all four have now gone onto greater things in their careers and have inspired many other clients. I sincerely thank all of the students and their professors for getting into this difficult field.
