Kate: It took my wife and daughter a while to get used to me ordering my own food at restaurant’s and fast food joints. I still didn’t like trying to talk on the phone, so they would handle that for me when possible. But I don’t think they minded too much or if they did they never mentioned it to me. I still have problems now from time to time where I can’t seem to get anything out, especially when I have to go see my cardiologist or my family doctor. So the Boss Lady (wife) tends to fill in the blanks when I don’t tell the doctors everything she feels I should. I just figure that is part of her job as a Boss Lady.
