Coleen: I would say it took about 3-4 sessions (I went twice a week) to start getting comfortable and then it just kept building as time went on. Everyone is different though and will require varying amounts of time. When the clinical session is more “friendly” than “clinical”, the comfort factor tends to arrive much sooner and easier.
