I love how you have incorporated meaningful literacy with fluency clients. They are not only improving their literacy skills, but they are also reading about characters that they can relate to. In a previous post, you stated that the books are for 2-8 year olds; have you considered writing books for older kids, perhaps students in junior high who deal with teasing and bullying as a result of their stuttering? Also, from your experience using this book in therapy, have the children who stutter exhibit fewer stuttering-like disfluencies after reading it? Finally, have you published any peer-reviewed articles containing the results from your studies with this books. If so, I would love to read them!
