What a fantastic way to introduce speech strategies!! I was having some difficulty thinking of how to talk about the strategies with my first fluency student, and how to convey WHY they are of value. I really love how you have incorporated them into literature, there are so many directions to go in for supplemental lessons. I would like to see how my student does with creating supplemental stories about his own experiences using the strategies. How do you find children react to the stories?
