Great idea! I love the idea of using stories as a learning tool for children. I know you mentioned doing some activities with the children during the reading, but I was wondering if you also extend the story by doing related activities (i.e having the child retell/rewrite the story) in subsequent therapy sessions? Also, are you using any particular intervention techniques or activities in conjunction with the stories, or is this mostly dependent on the client?
