Hi Craig and Mary! I think the book you have created is an excellent technique for working on shaping fluency, with direct and indirect instruction embedded in it. I especially like the illustrations and how you included "silly subtleties" to encourage further conversation. I'm interested in working with children with autism and was wondering if you felt that a story such as this would be affective in creating a more fluid speech. Also, have you found that the story is affective with repeated readings or do children lose interest? Thanks!
