Jen, Interesting that there have been several questions about possible negative feedback. Frankly, the thought never even occurred to me! The project is presented to the students in a positive manner, and the kids seem to love the idea of having an opportunity to contribute and of being specia. Peers are told about the newspaper before it is published, and we try to get the entire school upbeat about the paper. Classmates have responded in a supportive and sensitive manner.
