If a student did not feelcomfortable putting his feelingson paper, he could either draw a picture or cartoon strip relating to stuttering or compile a list of facts about stuttering (Did you know?" column.) 3. Yes. There were definite changes in attitudes among those who sutter (self-confidence; enjoyment of "celebrity" status) and classmates (became more informed about facts and gained sensitivity regarding feelings).
