I used this with elementry school-age children. However, the activity certainly lends itself to an older population as well. The children feel truly empowered by the process, and often become "celebrities" among their classmates. The classmates learn about stuttering and usually become more sensitive to the feelings of their classmates who stutter. It's a win-win situation.
