I'm just beginning to try to familiarize myself with the literature you describe. I can tell you that ADHD is substantially more prevalent in people who stutter than in the general population, but I haven't yet read anything about anatomical or functional differences in the brains of people who stutter and people who stutter and also have some psychological deficit. Sorry I can't offer much additional information, but your question is interesting and I hope to find some information on this in the future. Best, Dave
