I found this article to be very interesting as well. As a graduate student, I had learned previously that males are more susceptible to Developmental Stuttering than females, but I really didn't know what could be possible causes for this. I found it fascinating that the studies support this finding of males stuttering more than females, and I was interested in how attention was looked at as well. This new information will definitely help me understand some of the causes that relate to sex differences with DS while I continue through my graduate years, and throughout my future career.
