Great question Kristen. We increased amplification during whispering trials so as to equalize (roughly) the intensity of whispering and voiced feedback. We did not use increased vocal intensity conditions. Using such a condition would have required that we reduce amplification in order to avoid presenting feedback so loud that it would induce discomfort or damage hearing. However, we achieved a roughly analogous effect in the conditions in which non-delayed feedback was presented concurrently with DAF. Thanks for your comments.
