Thanks for your interesting comments. My theoretical approach would yield the prediction that the comorbidity would be seen with both ADD or ADHD, as both involve reduced attentional control. If ADHD without attention deficit existed, I would predict no comorbidity with DS. I haven't thought a lot about conditions involving excessive distractability but without attention deficit. To the extent that distractability is caused by an inability to control attention, I would predict that the condition would be associated with increased risk for stutterin (and for effects of DAF).
