Hi Nancy, your question about success rate is a good one. I know I haven't track it myself, but Sarah may have, so she may have an answer for you. As for me, all I can speak on is my own success rate. Even though I don't use props in my daily life to help me speak freely, I do use humor. I also let the audience or whomever I am speaking with know that I stutter. I allow my stuttering to be open for discussion when the need arises. As far as the tips and techniques we spoke of, I do use those on a daily basis too. The workshop was more to help people build their self confidence when they speak publically, using basic public speaking tips and techniques, with some fun twists. It's really about getting over the hurdle of getting up there in front of people and at least trying -- that alone can up your success rate of doing it again.
