David i agree with you totally but when i went and i attended an intenssive speech therapy at city lit in london, all that was reduced surprisingly!!.If you try to use Slf advertising, prolongations and work on your pace of speech and voluntary stuttering you will have a change in your speech life.Iwas like that before and ican say something now fluently by use of such speech techiniques
