Hello David, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your paper! It provided great insight into the life of a person who stutters. Until recently, I never knew how difficult it must be for some individuals to speak in front of others, especially those who stutter. In my mind, I thought that it should be easy for everyone because I had no problem with it. After reading your article, I realize how insensitive and ignorant I have been; there are sometimes reasons for not speaking in front of others, whether it be stuttering, articulatory problems, or voice issues. I want to thank you for sharing your story. Also, as a future speech pathologist, I will most likely have fluency clients. Do you have any advice for me?
