It is always difficult to suggest a sequence of treatment as every child/teen is different. I do really work at educating my clients on what stuttering is and is not...the order ususally involves what "bothers" them the most. I find that I often revisit issues of time pressure and avoidance...this is what I have found to be successful...good luck and thanks for your wonderful comments. DG
