Tim..having heard you speak on cognitive issues on speech pathology.com..I know that this type of approach follows with you thinking on adults. It has taken some time to work through the vocabulary and cognitive issues with kids..and as many therapists experience, it is a work in progress. Thanks for your nice comment. DG
