Thank you for your article. I also read Colt’s, Robbie’s, and Andrew’s stories in the article you posted in 2006. I am researching how keeping a diary can help people who stutter, and I was wondering how to utilize this type of treatment with younger patients who may be less inclined to keeping a diary. I appreciate how the use of PowerPoint could encourage children who have interests in technology, and how the presentation format could make it more appealing. In regard to your five steps, I thought it was significant that you empower children and teenagers with knowledge of their disability – learning vocabulary concerning stuttering and analyze approaches to solving speaking situations.
