One of the major things that I agree with you on is that the child needs to feel empowered. They need to understand that there are other people like them in the world and that they are not alone and so I agree with you when you say that stutterers should meet other stutterers. This is a great way to share feelings, thoughts, hardships, and suggestions on how to go about living as a stutterer. What would you tell a parent who has a negative attitude about stuttering and thinks that stuttering is the worst thing that could of happened to their child?
