Their are seveal tools: the A-19 (Barry Guitar) is great for primary aged children; the CAT and other rating scales for behaviors, speech disruptions and emotional responses are in a test battery called The Behavior Assessment Battery for School Aged Children who Stutter. The CALMS model also provides a rating of attitudinal issues.
