I am a graduate student at NYU currently taking a fluency disorders course, and I found your article relevant to the topics we are discussing in class. I enjoyed reading about your take on how attitudes impact stuttering, and how you opened your article with the ABC model. In your article, you listed several factors contributing to attitude change, which of the factors have you observed being most difficult for a child who stutters to attempt to try? Which is the first attempted by children who stutter? Or does the child implement these techniques in the order in which you have discussed them?
