I enjoyed your article and found it very helpful. I was aware of the negative attitudes that other people may have about stuttering but had not thought about the negative attitudes that stutterers themselves may have. What is the best way to approach this with other adults in a child’s life such as teachers, who are well-meaning, but may not understand the role of attitude?
