Hey Russ, Great paper as always, and I love how you take opportunities to promote Toastmsters. Its funny, I have run into people who equate acceptance as resignation that their speech can't improve. I am always moved to share my definition of acceptance, which is similiar to yours. We stutter. And wecan still be effective, excellent communicators. And we can still work on ways to better manage our stuttering and our reactions to it. And acceptance all at the same time. Your papers are always so spot on. Thanks for sharing once again! It never gets old, huh?
