Pam, You're right, I NEVER pass up an opportunity to preach a good sermon about Toastmasters because we BOTH know how important effective good COMMUNICATION is. Fluency is only minor. Why doesn't the world listen to us? Ha, ha, ha! I love these ISAD conferences!
