Karen, Thanks for your kind words. I have a big sign that I carry that says "Fluency is NOT communication!" They are different concepts. I've been in Toastmasters for over 20 years and consider myself a decent communicator. But listen to me for 10 seconds and you'll hear that I still stutter! Boy howdy! (That's a Texas term meaning... Boy howdy!) Both the NSA and Toastmasters have change my life, believe me. Boy howdy! :)
