Hi Melissa, Welcome to my paper, and thank you for reading it! I would definitely say having a positive attitude is very important it has helped me to maintain my outlook during good speech days and bad speech days, but even more so than that, it's about commitment and a pledge to give my best efforts in speech therapy. I know I will have good days and bad days, but I always have to remember there is a difference between the way I speak and the way I communicate. I do try and use some fluency shaping techniques, but for me it is a daily challenge to use them every chance I can public, but I have gotten much better at it. Either way, my voice will be heard!
