Dear Steve: Thank you for "getting over it" and facing the challenge of being a PWS with a positive attitude! We are all grateful for your shared wisdom. I especially like "What I have to say is important." Even those of us who are NS can reap courage from this. Is there a pattern that you see to your "bad speech days" and what tools do you use on days like these?
