Hi, Thank you for writing a wonderful article! It is really inspiring to hear a personal story. I was wondering what type of therapy activities helped you get over your fear? Did these activities increase the comfortability of your stuttering, did you do anything different behaviorally with your body (i.e. easy onset technique)?
