Your journey is so impressive. I was shocked at the way the firm handled things and in a way proud that you didn't take that job offer. I am a super sensitive person, how my teacher would say, and when your friend told you to "just get over it" I was taken aback. I don't think I would ever be able to say that to someone, but the outcome it did for you was positive. I am so happy to hear you were able to change your attitude and have the support you need. Also, it sounds like you have loving parents that would do and go that extra mile for you which is also very rewarding to hear. Thank you for sharing a part of your life. I wish you the best of luck.
