Hello Roya! Of course there are times and moments when avoidance behaviors rear its ugly head as the expression goes LOL. I have been wanting to see the movie "Law Abiding Citizen" for example, and the "L" sound always gives me a challenge....it is similar to a car spinning its wheels in snow. I have often imagined what it will be like when I get up to the box office and say "One for LLLLLLL......" and then I'll be tempted to say "Excuse me" and buy my tickets at the automated machine. But I won't. Because that's something the old Steven Kaufman would do. We always will have moments like that to face. But we can rise above that and realize that what we have to say is important-and the world will hear it!!!
