Hi Nicole! Thank you for reading my paper. I'd have to say that the interviews for jobs always give me a challenge. I refuse to say they give me a "problem" anymore, because once you phrase it like that, you begin to allow the negative images to seep into your head. I still struggle with one-on-one social interactions, especially with new people-but I like to think I am getting better at it!
