It just depends upon what your goal is for the session and the type of group you have. If it is educational, you would probably do this just at the beginning identification stage of therapy. Of course, you could use it for a therapy task of modification in which the students have to use different strategies when playing the game. It is also good as a refresher when you see some relapse in openness and signs of avoidance.
