Excellent presentation for those of us who treat clutterers and for those who clutter or can refer clutterers. I find motivation to receive treatment to be an issue. It 'seems' (?) that they compare themselves to stutterers, many feel they are not 'that bad' and DO sound 'fluent' therefore treatment is a minor need. Even those who are aware seem to want to stay in denial as to the ease of others listening to them. How do you get beyond that hurdle?
