My dear friend, I donīt think there is a good and efficient theraphy for children. There is some confusion with the Lidcome Program, but the results arenīt really good (See these three papers: Harris 2002, Jones 2005, Franken 2005). There isnīt a real good treatment for children. You will confirm what I am saying when you work as therapist. Of course, helping with blocks could be treatment. But a question, why cannot other stutterers help in this area? Is it really a good treatment for stutterers? I donīt think so. I think blocks hardly can be changed and if there is any possibility, it could be done with the assesment and management of other stutterers. Thanks, Cris
