Mr. J Hong, Thanks for your question. Yes, stutterers are stigmatized here as well as other people with disabilities PWDs. I think we still live in an environment that is less sensitive to the plight of people with disabilities. In my opinion we stillhave long way to go to sensitise and educate people about the bad effects of such issues as teasing, names calling, stigmatization etc.
