Sarah, Thanks for your questions. I am happy to hear that you have plans to set up a structure to help people who stutter PWS in your country. The first thing would be to get in touch with some PWS whom you know, or send out announcements in local newspapers about this. The start might not be easy, but do not be descouaged. When you get them together, you could be meeting in a hospital or any other venue such as a church. Tell them about the importance of self help for people who have a common feature. Let them know there are structues and oganisations all over the world that brings together PWS. When the movement is getting strong, you could apply to have recognition from the competent governemnt services in your country. When you have a group that meets regularly and with the authorisation from you government, you could apply for membership into the International Stuttering Association, ISA www.stutterisa.org
