Stephanie, I have extensive experience with intensive programs for adults and children. The school setting is probably not a good place to conduct that type of therapy. Intensive programs are good for some but not for all. I have found the nonintensive approach is just as effective as the intensive approach generally. I might add that a specialist program in the schools can be effective. That is what I do and things are going great. Thanks again for writing.
