I am a first semester graduate student who entered graduate school vowing to NEVER work in the school systems. I had heard so much about the numbers of students on case-loads and the trials of having to answer to people who have no idea what is actually going on in their schools. I wondered how a therapist could find the time to include meetings with individual children and their parents. The more time passes, the more I am eager to find out more about working in the school system. Did it take you a while to get to the point where you were able to efficiently and effectively manage your time?
