This article was a great insight. I'm currently working on my master's degree in speech-language pathology and we have often talked about the challenges in implementing services in the schools with limited time. I have also had the opportunity of hearing speakers who stutter talk about the therapy room or even the building where they have therapy being their "magic" area where they are suddenly and consistently fluent, but that carryover to other locations and communication partners is difficult. Your approach seems to tackle both the time constraints and the problems with generalization by having "therapy" within the locations that the student finds themselves most often and with the people they most often communicate.
