Gina, unless a child is very young, I have not seen many children who were not aware that some words were hard to say. I really don't modify anything depending on severity or age. I see the parents with very young children. Problem solving helps with them as well. Their problem usually is "We don't know what to do about this." Problem solving is used with all clients regardless of age. Thanks for your interest.
