Christina, I have a real problem with parents who are not cooperative. If I can't work with the parents and the child needs help, I will work with the school environment and keep trying with the parents. It seems foolish to me to see a child for therapy and then send him or her home to an environment that is not supportive or an environment that may be adding to the problem. It is not an ideal world we live in and sometimes we have to do the best we can given the circumstances. Thanks for your excellent question.
