Anita, thanks. No, nothing is mentioned about anything for the three-week assignment. The exercise is for the parents, not the child. If I told them to do something or told them something about stuttering then that might influence what they did during the exercise. I want the parents to report what happened and what they observed or felt during the Talk Times. Once the three weeks are complete and the case history and child assessment are finished the Talk Times are where "therapy" takes place. But initially, no information is given; as Nike says, "Just do it!"
