I currently work at a school where I provide speech therapy to kids will language and artic problems. I work with them in a group setting due to resource limitation. It is difficult to get a great deal of progress in this kind of a setting b/c you cannot provide individualized attention. Although I don’t work with stutterers at the moment I can’t imagine how that would work in a group setting with children with different issues. Your method seems like a very useful tool in pinpointing what the problems are and not wasting time giving therapy to a child and having slow or no results
